What You’ll Learn Inside

This book breaks down the key ideas behind how we analyze, understand, and improve movement. You’ll learn how to see problems through structure, principles, and logic—so you can think more clearly, reason from first principles, and make sense of what’s actually happening in the body.

The Author

I’m Sam Pelletier, osteopath (D.O), movement coach, and founder of the Human Biomechanics Institute. After years of seeing people chase temporary fixes, I realized the real issue wasn’t effort—it was clarity.  Today, my work sits at the intersection of movement science and problem-solving, and blends science, logic, and engineering principles to help people reason through problems, not just treat symptoms.  This book is a reflection of that philosophy—less noise, more understanding.
